The cataloguing and indexing process is underway and documents continue to be added to the database on a weekly basis. As at 26 Nov 2025 there are 2769 database entries,  of which 2726 have been catalogued. There are also 1816 linked documents, comprising a total of 5543 pages of scanned/digital images and text.
